Air Passengers Rights in the Supreme Court

On the 23rd of December, the Supreme Court of Canada refused to hear an appeal stemming from the Federal Court of Appeal based on the Air Passengers Rights Group v. Canadian Transportation Agency (2020) case. The APR was seeking an order from a court to oblige the CTA to remove a statement from their website concerning cancelled flight refunds.
